Я почну з того, що кажу, що будинки хороші, але, переїжджаючи і все ще під гарантією будівельників, ви починаєте бачити всі недоліки. Ми намагалися зв’язатися з ними через номер, який нам дали, і ця людина рідко відповідає на телефонні дзвінки. Він каже, що зробить це і те, і цього не трапляється! З якихось невідомих причин, коли кондиціонер повітря на 72, він перевищує 80 градусів у будинку, їм знадобилися місяці, і технічне обслуговування, що, мовляв, це антифриз, зараз це робиться знову менше, ніж через місяць, обрізки, які ми мали бути покласти не було зроблено, нам сказали, що вони помістять в шафи, і як тільки ми переїхали, це не сталося, і нам сказали, о, ми зв'яжемо вас з кимось, ЩО НІКОЛИ НЕ БУЛО! HOA - це 200 на рік на обслуговування парадного входу та надзвичайно маленького парку, в якому жодна дитина не грається, як би вони не пішли на щось більш корисне, як обслуговування газону для всіх у цьому підрозділі. Ми справді розглядаємо можливість перерізання стяжок та переконаємось, що не рекомендуємо це місце або будівельника.
