Як тільки це почало відбуватися, зв’язок був поганим, деталі не розглядались і не проводились останні штрихи для областей, які були встановлені неправильно. Якби менеджер проекту або власник цієї компанії насправді шукав роботу, замість того, щоб просто спочатку вийти на вимірювання, а потім надіслати остаточний рахунок, навіть не з’явившись, щоб побачити закінчену роботу, то це могло б бути набагато приємнішим досвідом .
