Дуже погана якість будинків. Багато проблем із властивостями каррінгтона. Жахливе обслуговування клієнтів. Спробували подати скаргу на їх нову будівлю поруч з нашими підрозділами, і вони заблокували всіх орендарів на своїх транспортних засобах, і будучи підзаконним актом про квартиру, вони не торкнуться їх. Зателефонував їм, щоб вони попросили їх не стояти позаду мене, і що ви, хлопці, продовжуєте блокувати мене. Менеджер проекту сказав, що поговорить з ними, щоб вони більше не стояли за нашими кіосками наступного дня, коли вони знову там. Передзвонили та поговорили з іншим хлопцем, сказали, що їм дозволяється там стояти, і повісили це. Це проблема вже рік-півтора. Один з їх підрядників погрожував мені нанести удар. Коли він заблокував весь під'їзд, і мені довелося виїхати на роботу, і він сказав, що не може хотіти переїхати, тому що йому було незручно, і мені довелося б почекати, і я сказав "ні", а ти незаконно затримуєш мене на цій стоянці, оскільки Ви берете участь у вході / виході, і якщо він не рухався, я зв’яжуся з поліцією. Повірте, ви не отримаєте від цієї компанії нічого, крім низької якості та головного болю.

Я працюю навпроти цього головного офісу, і мені боляче бачити, як працівники та керівництво не раз користуються стоянками для інвалідів, тоді як автостоянка залишається переважно порожньою.
Я сподіваюся, вони будуть більш уважні та заохочуватимуть своїх співробітників та керівництво бути інклюзивними та розуміти, наскільки привілейованим є дієздатний орган.

Серйозно найгірше, я ніколи більше нічого у них не куплю. Я купив квартиру в Carrington в 2013 році, і вона не була у 100% ідеальній формі з самого початку. Вони зробили величезну проблему щодо ремонту моєї підлоги, яка подряпалася, коли я отримав квартиру. Після того, як вони нарешті прийшли зробити підлогове покриття після місяців туди-сюди, воно все одно було подряпано в ТІХ самих ділянках, які, очевидно, були «замінені» !!
Вони давали мені багато ставлення (жахливе обслуговування клієнтів), коли я запитував про величезну роботу, якою це мало бути, щоб замінити підлогу.

Боб увійшов, щоб усунути деякі недоліки вперше, і пукнув у моєму помешканні, і запах затримався близько 45 хвилин. Він продовжував заходити в спальні і пукати, і я відчував запах із своєї вітальні. Мені довелося відчинити вікна, і я навіть не міг піти, а просто сидіти там і тушкувати.

Персонал Керрінгтона був таким чудовим та корисним. Завжди посміхаючись, я відчував, що до них так добре ставляться (хоча я не виглядаю з боку). У будь-якому разі! Чудова красива будівля, а ще кращі люди. Я дуже вдячний за їх допомогу.
