Dr. D'Costa is knowledgeable, thorough and took time to fully evaluate my condition and expressed true concern.
She placed a number of follow-up calls to check in to ask how I was coming along. This type of genuine patient care is most appreciated and valued.

The Westbury office was pristinely clean and comfortable cheerful. The Staff, especially Marianna, was accommodating, cordial and polite.

I highly recommend Dr. D'Costa and I'm happy to share that I found a Primary Care Dr. that I trust and rely on.

Я був дуже розчарований тим, що покинув офіс у Вавилоні і тиждень чекав результатів посіву сечі, який, на мою думку, був прийнятий (як мені сказав, що це буде доктор Даунінг), а потім покликати мої результати і повідомити, що вони ніколи не були взяті . Я сприймаю своє здоров'я дуже серйозно, як хтось; цей рік був дуже важким для всіх через COVID, і крім того, у мене є проблеми зі здоров’ям, з якими я боровся. Кожен день має значення; щотижня я ходжу до лікарів для тестування або очікування результатів. З урахуванням цього, чекати більше тижня на результати, які навіть не були прийняті, і попросити лікаря вибачитися та заявити, що він не впевнений, чому це сталося, неприпустимо. Ми віддаємо своє здоров’я в руки наших лікарів, і питання здоров’я кожної людини повинні бути серйозними. Якби мова йшла про те, щоб взяти посів сечі, і пацієнт покинув кабінет, очікуючи результатів на тиждень, то я б очікував, що посів сечі буде розісланий для належного задоволення потреб здоров’я пацієнта. Нехай це буде виною лікаря або персоналу, жоден пацієнт не повинен чекати тесту, який навіть не був зданий. Що стосується вашого здоров’я, кожен день має значення, і кожен день - це шанс змінити своє здоров’я. Це неприйнятно, невтішно і викликає у мене відчуття, ніби моє здоров'я не є пріоритетом. Що стосується стану здоров’я пацієнта, не повинно бути жодних непорозумінь чи непорозумінь.
