Я пройшов СНД, тому що вони пов’язані з Прогресивним страхуванням, страхуванням на дому (фірма або партнер Progress, я не впевнений у їх приналежності), і я припускав, що цей зв’язок зробить цей процес цілим.

СНД відправив інспектора не в той будинок і у відкритті електронного листа написав "Схоже, ми раніше перевіряли неправильну адресу" без вибачень. Відправлення інспектора в неправильний будинок, разом з іншими їхніми помилками, зробило роботу з ними та Страхуванням дому смішною та неймовірним розчаруванням. Минуло близько місяця між тим, як відкрити нашу претензію в Homesite Insurance до заміни нашої системи - Homesite зазначив, що це займе лише пару днів.

Чесно кажучи, щодо СНД це було настільки ж неприємним, як і робота зі страхуванням на дому, оскільки вони теж зробили смішні помилки.

Я хоч на мою страхову вимогу змінного струму знадобиться тиждень, тому що добре ви знаєте .... його страхування. У цих хлопців хтось був у мене вдома на наступний день після того, як вони мені вперше зателефонували. Якби мій AC був відремонтований та доглянутий протягом 5 днів з моменту подання моєї претензії =) Дякую СНД

Чудова компанія для розгляду претензій до HVAC. Їхній стиль спілкування є прямим і точним, з швидким циклом часу.

Я підрядник, якого ця компанія найняла для перевірки, нам неодноразово доводилося їздити до власності через поганий зв'язок між власником майна та СНД. Ця компанія погодилася заплатити нам, як тільки ми доставимо фотографії та купу паперових робіт, але вони цього не зробили. Я зателефонував компанії для оплати, і вони сказали, що не збираються нам платити, оскільки нам бракує інформації. Ми ніколи не знали цієї причини після того, як доставили те, про що вони просили, і я ніколи не почув від них відповіді. Повністю відірвати. Підрядники з опалення та кондиціонування повітря будуть обладнанням цієї фантомної компанії !!!

Найвища компанія !!! Вони розглянули мою претензію на HVAC, як професіонали, які доглядають. Їхні представники були ввічливими, відповідали на всі мої запитання і навіть могли впоратись із заміною пошкодженої системи. Моя система ніколи не працювала краще. Дякую!
