а) Візит співробітників міського водопроводу на початку 2021 року допоміг мені визначити конкретні зовнішні проблеми сантехніки, які спричиняли зовнішні та внутрішні проблеми. Надійно працюють клапани Джонса та зовнішні регулятори та нові трубопроводи, що гарантує відсутність прихованої витоку/втрати води. Місцева сантехнічна компанія старанно впроваджує рішення. Яка різниця.
б) Карлсбад- унікальна якість, оскільки існують суворі місцеві правила та заходи для запобігання проблемам. Якби тільки існувало державне регулювання, яке вимагало б від Продавців (та Орендодавців) розкривати дати та квитанції про перевірки вентиляційних систем опалення; переконатися, що у власності немає покинутих систем опалення чи змінного струму, а законні холодоагенти фактично знаходяться в системі змінного струму.
в) Наш місцевий відділ поліції виконує надзвичайну роботу, старанно допомагаючи нашому таунхаусу ідентифікувати та буксирувати покинуті та/або незареєстровані транспортні засоби тощо. Вкрадені автомобілі, запчастини, номерні знаки та все, що має значення-навіть якщо це здається незначним.
d) Сонячна система-незаконні постачальники: Перевірка ліцензії на електроенергію в агентстві, а також підтвердження у місті, що видано дозвіл на використання сонячної енергії-обов'язкова умова. NRG, Baker та деякі інші - солідні професіонали.
e) Я вдячний Карлсбад - мій постійний дім. Душевний спокій має значення.
