Ця компанія керована погано. За останні 6 років. У нас неодноразово закінчувався пропан в середині зими, коли температура була у підлітків або нижче. Лише після зв’язку з ними з погрозою пред’явлення позову про будь-яку шкоду, яка могла б бути заподіяна, вони відповіли. А нещодавно ми помилились і не сплатили правильну суму за один рахунок у січні. Компанія розіслала наступні рахунки, повідомляючи нам про повну оплату. До 3 місяців після нашого повідомлення про останній день обслуговування через продаж нашого будинку та через 2 місяці після отримання останнього рахунку за нашою новою адресою. Який, також був повністю сплачений на підставі єдиного рахунку в конверті. Потім ми отримали повідомлення про прострочення платежів із січневого рахунку не від компанії, а від колекторського агентства !!!! Ми із задоволенням заплатили б 90,00 різних, якби вони просто повідомили нас. Не було потреби відправляти нас на колекцію. І надсилання до колекцій через невдале ведення належних записів є неприпустимим.
