My experience with CSC / Aviation Safeguards @ JFKIA has been average. The work hours are reasonable and the pay is satisfactory. I find the work environment to be just okay, nothing exceptional. The company could improve on providing more training opportunities and career advancement options. However, it is still a decent place to work at.

Я б не дав їм жодної зірки, якби міг. Близько місяця тому, чекаючи черги на терміналі LAX International перед Norwegian Airlines, співробітник авіаційних гарантій дозволив деяким людям (я вважаю, що вона знала людей, коли вони 10 хвилин балакали перед тим, як сісти в чергу), пропустити перед купою інші в черзі. Це була повільна лінія руху, щонайменше 40-50 людей чекало. Коли я поцікавився, чому вона це зробила, її відповідь була: "Так, так, ви всі сідете в літак, в чому проблема", і вона засміялася. Це було після того, як мене зловмисно образив один із пасажирів, яких вона впустила. Жінка сказала, що їй не подобається, як я дивлюся на неї (?), І кинула мене і проклинала мене та мого чоловіка. Співробітник авіаційних гарантій просто стояв там, спостерігав за цією справою і сміявся. Я запитав її ім’я та номер значка, але вона відмовила, що суперечить правилам. Я писав Авіаційним гарантіям, але відповіді не було. Зовсім безвідповідальна, груба компанія та невмілі, непрацюючі працівники.

Груба, безпомічна група робітників. Сьогодні (четвер, 31 травня, о 8:20), я перервав 3 жінок, які пліткують у такий напружений час. Мені потрібна допомога з 6 великими мішками і запитав, чи є хтось, хто може допомогти мені завантажити їх, оскільки я був один. Вони запитують мене, коли я запитав їх, бо вони були посеред розмови. Вони також дали мені неправильну інформацію та сказали, що нікому не допомогти, і що авіакомпанія Alaska Airlines більше не має допомоги з сумками. Ну, це неправильно, тому що, коли я запитав чоловіка з Alaska Airlines, він негайно направив мене до людини, яка могла мені допомогти. Вони просто купа ОГОРЕНИХ, ревнивих і, мабуть, НЕЗАКОННИХ працівників.
