Я бачив цей ортопед близько 4 місяців тому щодо жахливого болю в коліні. Він взяв рентген і сказав мені, що нічого страшного, і надзвичайно зосередився на тому, що я маю зайву вагу, і намагаюся зробити операцію з ревізії шлункового шунтування. Я сказав йому, що щось не так, але він відмовився слухати. Я звернувся до лікаря з лікування болю, який призначив МРТ, і виявив, що серед інших травм коліна у мене розірваний меніск. Потім я звернувся за 2-м ортопедичним висновком до лікаря, пов’язаного з Нью-Йоркським університетом Лангон у Нью-Йорку, і мені сказали, що мені потрібна хоча б часткова заміна коліна. Я відчуваю, що даремно витратив час на доктора Бернштейна, його дружина доброзичлива, але занадто багато спілкується. Дуже незадоволений і назад не повернеться.

Кілька місяців тому я взяв свого 18-річного сина до лікаря Бернштейна, а минулого тижня взяв свого 86-річного батька. Це відмінний лікар, уважний слухач, дуже ретельний і терплячий, і я дуже впевнений у його порадах. Відмінний персонал теж. Єдиний мінус - час очікування; ми зачекали близько години, щоб нас побачили. Однак, коли ми вийшли з зони очікування, наш досвід був дуже хорошим.
