Коротше кажучи, мій новий менеджер рахунку кинув, ніхто мені не сказав, вони не встигли подати мою спільну декларацію з податку на прибуток і намагалися звинуватити це в мені, бо я не зв’язувався з ними для цього. Що?! У мене є 2 салони, і вони відповідали за всю мою бухгалтерію, їхня робота - переконатися, що це було зроблено вчасно. Я дав їм всю інформацію, і вони все ще не могли це зробити. Згодом я звільнив їх, попросив усі мої матеріали, які вони відмовили мені у всьому, стверджуючи, що я їм заборгував гроші. З самого початку Кім і Роджер Фуллери - (мій податковий бухгалтер) змусили мене почувати себе спокійно і подбали про всі мої потреби, навіть коли я вперше зайшов у всіх під напругою в останню хвилину, щоб зробити свої податки. Я приніс усі свої документи, як великий гігантський заплутаний неорганізований безлад, і Роджер відразу ж змусив мене почуватись спокійно і все розплутав, і негайно повернувся до мене з усіх моїх питань, і на мій подив, мої податки були подані ВЧАС із очікуваним повернення коштів навіть тоді, коли я прийшов ошарашений та підкреслено одинадцятої години, так би мовити !!! Вони взяли мене за руку і провели на кожному кроці.
