Основна скарга, яку я чую, полягає в тому, що заклад не має достатньої кількості персоналу. Люди думають, що це Іст-Сайд, це так ідеально і чудово. Я знаю, що люди живуть у "Беркширі" у "гетто", і догляд набагато ефективніший, послідовний та особистий. В даний час на одному поверсі Wingate є 2 CNA протягом ночі, в яких працюють понад 15 пацієнтів !! ОДИН із цих CNA грає у відеоігри та засинає !! Це неетично і, можливо, незаконно.

Моя мама переїхала до Вінґейта приблизно шість тижнів тому. З першого дня співробітники пішли далі і далі, щоб забезпечити моїй матері комфорт і щастя. Її квартира світла і мила - у будівлі зберігається чистота та світлість, і вона може насолоджуватися багатьма заходами!
