7-09-19, HHA, Роза Терцеро використовувала цю мочалку для купання моєї матері; а 7-10-19 той самий HHA не з'явився на роботу, не звернувся ні до родини, ні до денного догляду, ні до Faith Health Care. Менеджер справи, Данія Ферран навіть не підозрювала, що їхній HHA не з'явився на роботу, поки вона не зателефонувала їй !! Очевидно, їх HHA є незалежним підрядником, над яким вони не мають контролю.

Якби не питання нижче, це Агентство охорони здоров’я вдома отримало б 4,5–5 зіркових оцінок.

У цього агентства дуже мало помічників, що говорять по-англійськи, призначених для районів Північного Дейду (Сади Маямі, Опа-Лока та Північний Маямі), Аллапаттах-Вінвуд, Ліберті-Сіті-Браунсвіль та Овертаун.

Два помічники, які піклуються про мою сім’ю, є найкращими. Вони обидва не лише піклуються про члена моєї родини, а й не тільки.

Ця агенція потребує більше двох англомовних помічників для районів Північного Дейду (Сади Маямі, Опа-Лока та Північне Маямі), Аллапаттах-Вінвуд, Ліберті-Сіті-Браунсвілль та Овертаун. Що, якби обом цим помічникам довелося викликати хворих в один день? Тоді що?

Мені подобається якість допомоги, яку надає це агентство своїм пацієнтам. Я просто хотів би, щоб вони могли найняти більше помічників, що говорять АНГЛІЙСЬКОЮ МОВОЮ, для областей, згаданих вище. Або заплатіть бонус за бензин співробітникам АНГЛІЙСЬКОЇ ГОВОРИ, які обслуговують район Саут-Дейд.

Можливо. Хіба що це агентство схоже на інше агентство, яке я з пристрастю зневажаю. Тоді це виходить за межі мовного бар’єру.
