У нас було три працівники «Сімейних перших» протягом майже 3-річного досвіду роботи з ними. Тільки другий працівник по-справжньому піклувався про те, щоб об’єднати нашу сім’ю. Двоє інших просто робили все, що хотіло DHS, і DHS ніколи не працювало задля возз'єднання. Перший і третій працівники були дуже грубими і поблажливо до нас. Я думаю, що законодавці повинні уважно розглянути, перш ніж поновлювати будь-які контракти з First Family.

Я працюю адміністративним помічником для сімей спочатку трохи більше 7 років. Я дуже пишаюся усіма людьми, з якими працюю, починаючи з тих, хто працює з сім'ями, керівниками та людьми, які працюють в офісі. Така неймовірна робота в команді !!! Допомога сім'ям - наша мета номер один, і ми всі дуже багато працюємо, щоб її досягти.

Мій досвід роботи з послугами першого консультування для сімей був першокласним. Вони є добре керованою організацією, яка піклується про своїх клієнтів та покращує життя. Я б не вагаючись рекомендував їх послуги комусь, хто потребує.

Співробітник прийшов додому іграшкою з працівником DHS, щоб поговорити зі мною про речі, про які я ніколи не говорив і про що вони не мали доказів. Однак, коли я запитував про терміни щотижневого та щомісячного відвідування нашого дому, вони були грубими і зовсім не допомагали. Вони погрожували мені, що мене привезуть до суду, а не відповідають на мої запитання. Моя родина не перебуває під слідством, але все-таки вони поводилися зі мною як зі злочинцем. IveЯ ніколи не був грубим з ними. Ми всі оперативно співпрацювали з ними. Я не знав, що неправильно реалізовувати свої права, задаючи питання щодо проблем.
