Жахливе обслуговування. Ми вирішили зареєструвати мою дочку в таблиці Figures View. Через кілька місяців вона вирішила більше не брати участь через багато уроків, які були пропущені, і через витрату часу, оскільки вона була в матриці на той час (з вересня по листопад), і попросила скасувати контракт. Ми ніколи не отримували копію підписаного нами контракту. Ми дзвонили, надсилали повідомлення та електронні листи безрезультатно. Нам потрібно було скасувати контракт, щоб вони могли зупинити дебетове розпорядження, яке вони продовжували відраховувати гроші з мого рахунку, незважаючи на те, що моя дочка більше не брала участі в заняттях. Спочатку нам сказали, що про скасування контракту було повідомлено за 30 днів, і вони пообіцяли надіслати контракт після нашого першого платежу, але його так і не отримали. Ніхто не повторив відповідь на наші скарги лише набагато пізніше, одержавши контракт через кілька місяців після повідомлення про відхід від Фігур. Безумовно, схема заробітку. Вони все ще знімають з нас гроші, поки ми говоримо, незважаючи на прохання скасувати. Моя дочка в останню хвилину вирішила відмовитися від майбутньої події перед тим, як залишити заняття. Тільки для того, щоб після перегляду опублікованих фотографій з’ясувати, що всі дівчата в її класі (усі вони були чорними, кольоровими, і вона була єдиною індійською дівчиною) не мали їх фотографій у соцмережах компаній, а також не отримували нагород. Тонкий расизм, безумовно, був продемонстрований, оскільки в її класі були лише кольорові дівчата, і це був останній клас дня. Дуже сумно спостерігати, як це відбувається, коли це має бути місцем для можливостей для молодих дівчат, а не місцем, щоб їх пограбувати.
