Купив шкалу Salter з дозволу Home Outfitters. Це взагалі ніколи не працювало, прямо з коробки. Зв’язався з Солтером (у Великобританії), але вони сказали мені зв’язатися з Springfield Instruments, їхнім канадським дистриб’ютором. Після кількох електронних листів вперед-назад і надсилання їм фотографій передньої частини скае, задньої частини ваги, копії моєї квитанції тощо, вони сказали мені, що мені потрібно надіслати оригінал квитанції - так, так ... хто це робить? Тоді у мене не буде доказів, щоб отримати гарантію !!! Обслуговування клієнтів тут жахливе. Діє не тільки повільно, але і грубо. Дама вимоглива, а потім докоряє мені, що я не виконував її вказівок до листа. Хто тут замовник?
Я зв’язався з Солтером у Великобританії, але вони продовжують посилати мене на цей кошмар компанії, що базується в Квебеку. Я благав, щоб вони втрутились (будучи виробником), але вони вирішили дозволити, щоб їхнє добре ім'я та репутація тягали по бруду цією компанією.
Якби я був Salter, я б забрав угоду про розповсюдження цієї компанії, оскільки вони зменшують марку.
Довга історія, але зараз березень 2019 року, і я намагався замінити дефектну шкалу з жовтня 2018 року.
Я рекомендую взагалі уникати продуктів Salter, якщо ви перебуваєте в Канаді, тому що люди тут змусять ваше життя зіпсувати.
Більше немає Сальтера. Більше не потрібно мати справу з цією безглуздо непрофесійною компанією в Квебеку.
Зараз я збираюся зв’язатися зі Службою споживачів в Онтаріо. Вони можуть допомогти чи ні. Але принаймні вони можуть розмістити цю компанію у своєму списку попереджень.
