Я найняв Захру, власницю Fusion Event Planning для мого весілля Дезі. Для тих, хто не знає, індійські весілля, як правило, більші за життя і потребують планувальника, який може безперешкодно координувати роботу з родиною та продавцями. Ось чому ми тисячами платили, щоб найняти когось, щоб зняти з нас тягар, на жаль, найм її лише збільшив наш тягар. Днів, що передували весіллю, було достатньо, вона не була поганою, але теж не була хорошою. Її чуйність, її креативність, її увага до деталей, все було просто справедливо, але вона намагалася з усіх сил, і ми це оцінили, бо думали, що вона має це під контролем.
Проблеми почалися з першого дня події. Вона пізно з’явилася на події і пішла рано. Вона постійно повторювала: "У мене одночасно проводяться інші заходи, і мені потрібно організувати свій персонал". Мені було соромно просити сім’ю допомогти у влаштуванні, коли вони подорожували так далеко. Вона запевнила, що наступного дня вона буде там.
Наступного дня мій візажист зателефонував Захрі, бо вона чекала в готелі і ніколи не брала слухавку! Наш захід розпочався пізно, тож візажистка не була впевнена, в який час ми приїжджаємо, і збиралася їхати, слава богу, що моя сестра була другорядним контактом, інакше вона б пішла!
У день весілля команда Захи була повсюди - на зарезервованих столах не було всіх ярликів (сім'я сиділа в задній частині кімнати, бо всі таблички не були розміщені), відсутня етикетка з продуктами (завдання Загра мала передбачити перевірку ), всі напої не забрали з машини до місця прийому тощо.
Я повинен був повірити двом негативним відгукам про вузол, натомість я відчував, що команда Захри просунеться, але вони цього не зробили. Врешті-решт весілля пройшло дуже добре, але це було не завдяки Захрі, а тому, що у мене була чудова сім'я та подружки нареченої, які допомогли виправити всі її помилки. Поїдьте з кимось більш усталеним і зрілим. Можливо, ф’южн робить регулярні заходи дійсно добре, але вони повністю відмовились від планування весіль, особливо індійських весіль.
