Я переїхав до квартир Gill Groups 15 червня 2019 року. Наш менеджер по нерухомості сказав нам, що матеріальні проблеми з квартирою будуть вирішені за тиждень, коли ми переїхали. Сюди входили: обробка фарби, заміна зламаних сидінь унітазу, ремонт три дверцята шафи, що знаходились біля петель, і плями від миття голови з килима. Я також повідомив про важку проблему плотви менеджеру з нерухомості, а також мотлоху, що сидів біля сусіднього підрозділу, який залучав помилок. Про жодне з них ніколи не піклувались. 3 липня 2019 року я повідомив про витік води у моїй квартирі, яка повністю насичувала підлогу. По цілих плінтусах є цвіль / роса, і це спричиняє дуже різкий запах підлоги. Їм знадобилося 6 днів, щоб "виправити" ситуацію, коли вони сказали, що в ньому мало фреону. Вони також помітили, що зовнішня труба мого кондиціонера не була ізольована, і замість того, щоб закріпити, вони сказали "це складно" і залишили її неізольованою. Я неодноразово зупиняв хлопців з технічного обслуговування за межами мого блоку і просив їх подивитися на витоки, що надходять зсередини блоку. Витік ніколи не припинявся, тому я знову повідомив про це 13.08.2019, коли їм знадобилося додаткові 9 днів, щоб вийти до мого підрозділу. Знову 24.08.2019 хлопці з технічного обслуговування працювали над блоком поруч із моїм. Очевидно, вони зливали водонагрівач з гарячої води і пропустили від нього шланг, що вивів назовні до зливної труби. Замість того, щоб зливати назовні, він стікав у мій блок. Я зателефонував того ранку, і вони дозволили мені посидіти цілі вихідні, перелившись водою, що розливається на мій килим. Ніщо не було остаточно виправлено, і витік не припиняється. У мене є 3-річна дитина, яка зісковзнула і впала після прогулянки по цій воді. Це абсолютно абсурдно, і управитель нерухомості та її "рішення" виходять за межі непрофесійності. Я хочу жити в безпечному середовищі, де мене не турбує ковзання, або моя дитина завдає собі шкоди через текти. НІКОЛИ НІКОЛИ не рекомендували Gill всім, хто шукає оренду.
