Чекаю днями, коли GARP відповість на мої численні дзвінки, оскільки я заплатив за курс, який коштував бл. $ 200 і не працює і не отримує весь матеріал курсу. Ніхто не відповідає на мої дзвінки чи електронні листи. Усі дзвінки надходять до системи обміну повідомленнями після того, як вони приблизно 10 хвилин чекають на дзвінок.

HR працює на компанію, а не на вас. Ніколи не вір їм. Політика або її відсутність дотримуються, коли це вигідно їм. У цій компанії немає місця для зростання/просування, оскільки керівництво турбується лише про себе. а ІТ -відділ набагато гірший.

Підтримка клієнтів у GARP зовсім не професійна !! Я звертався до них багато разів, але 1) вони НЕ беруть телефони, 2) вони НЕ відповідають на листи, 3) вони НЕ звертають увагу на запит. Я не можу повірити, наскільки низький рівень їхньої професійності.
