Їжа там жахлива, а діяльності немає. Персонал досить пристойний, але вони перевантажені та недоплачені. За короткий проміжок часу, коли я прожив там, вони пройшли чотирьох директорів, 4 або 5 директорів діяльності, 3 чоловіки, що займаються обслуговуванням, і багато багатьох вихователів. За цим стоїть адміністрація, і я хочу чітко дати зрозуміти, що це не персонал. Персонал робить усе, що може, з обмеженими ресурсами, і, що ще гірше, їх не цінують за все, що вони роблять. Вони стверджують, що мають медсестринську допомогу цілодобово та без вихідних. Насправді медсестра в приміщенні з 21:00 до 21:00 не існує. і 7:00 ранку. Медсестра знаходиться лише на виклику між цими годинами. Також у штаті працює лише одна CNA з 23:00. і 7:00 ранку. Я не перебільшую, коли кажу, що у 80% випадків світло вимикається о 21:00. і CNA засинають і не відповідають на їх дзвінок. Нарешті, ви можете ходити тижнями, просячи звернутися до лікаря чи психіатра, перш ніж нарешті звернутися до нього. Бігайте, не ходіть, якнайдалі від цього закладу. Не вірте адміністрації.
