Я був туристом лише один день у Дарвіні і страждав болісним оком. Вони не лише в короткий термін вписали мене, а оптометрист та персонал рецепції дуже допомогли. Мені було проведено ретельне обстеження та телефони, щоб дізнатись, чи не виникли подальші ускладнення під час моєї подорожі.

Найкраща послуга, яку я зазнав за все своє життя від такого професіонала, як Хелен та її команда. Я живу у віддаленому районі і мав найгіршу інфекцію очей. Я не міг просто їхати приблизно 2,5-3 години, щоб дістатися до клініки. Коли я зателефонував до неї в офіс, співробітники Helens були дуже цікаві і дали Helens мобільний номер, щоб переслати їй кілька фотографій мого ока, що я і зробив. Хелен відповіла мені на дзвінок і спробувала допомогти мені по телефону будь-якими краплями для очей, які ми мали в моїй місцевій аптеці. Вона навіть запропонувала мені допомогти поза робочим часом і попросила постійно інформувати її про стан мого ока вночі. (Варто зазначити, що вона робила все це безкоштовно по телефону, зайнята іншими клієнтами та пацієнтами у своїй клініці)

Хелен запропонувала побачити мене у своїй клініці в будь-який час, коли я прийду там наступного дня. Вона дала мені виняток із призначення зустрічей, оскільки я живу у віддаленому районі, і запропонувала просто доїхати до неї безпечно.
Мені вдалося потрапити до її клініки наступного дня та отримати найкращі послуги від неї та персоналу.
Я цілими днями страждав без нічних снів.
Хелен перевірила мої очі і порадила проблеми та способи їх усунення. Вона така приємна дама, що навіть дозволила мені трохи поснути в одному зі своїх приміщень для обладнання (щоб я міг відпочити, оглядаючи ліки в очі, і тому почуваюсь бадьорим на довгу поїздку додому пізніше). Яка легенда.
Я повинен зауважити, що це перша клініка, в якій я бачив, як спеціаліст повертається до своїх пацієнтів через мобільний телефон незалежно від години доби. Хелен може бути з пацієнтами, але її співробітники встигають забрати її до мене щоразу, коли я телефонував або потребував допомоги.
Їх плата дуже мінімальна, і вони щиро цікавляться своїх клієнтів та пацієнтів. Тут ви витратите найкращі гроші !!!
Йди сюди без будь-яких сумнівів, і ти будеш вражений таким же, як і я.
Хелен займається цією галуззю вже більше 15 років і має справжній місцевий дух Нового Заповіту. Люблю її працю і зусилля дуже ціную.
