Моя мати була недавно пацієнткою в реабілітаційному відділенні Helmwood. У січні їй виповниться 89 років, вона була там на реабілітації через перелом стегна та руки .. Нас попросили взяти з дому інгалятор для її астми, що ми і зробили. Ми повідомили, що на засіданні, яке насправді відбулося, на цьому засіданні були два співробітники. Через два дні до її кімнати прийшла медсестра, яка затримала її проти своєї волі, і медсестра пройшла між її ніг і віднесла розширювач до свого інгалятора, в якому не було ліків. Вони притиснули обидві руки до її інвалідного візка і залишили синці на руці, яка була зламана. Три жінки стримані. 88-89-річна жінка для розширювача інгалятора. Її, як мінімум, травмували, вона боялася і відчувала себе в безпеці. Якщо у вас є, ви думаєте взяти кохану людину до цього закладу, пильно стежте за ними. Це суперечить усім законам Medicare та штату Кентуккі.
