The instruction lacked depth and clarity, leaving me feeling confused rather than enlightened. 😕 While the materials were somewhat helpful, the overall structure of the program felt disorganized. Communication with the staff was not as responsive as I had hoped for either. 🎓 There's potential here, but I believe they need to reassess their approach to truly serve their students better.
