Єдиним м’яко викупним фактором було вибачення представника, який зателефонував мені через місяць після мого замовлення, але до того часу було вже пізно, оскільки моя доставка була повністю зайвою, і я не був повідомлений досить рано, щоб домовитись про інші заходи. Думаю, їм потрібно виправити відносини з постачальниками послуг доставки та лінії зв'язку.
