Вперше зателефонував Лінн Верт із запитом, чи можу я внести депозит із вартості переказу, оскільки вона була набагато вищою, ніж я передбачав (готовий був сплатити залишок протягом процесу переказу).
1) Вона різко відповіла «ні» та попросила повну оплату перед початком будь-якої роботи. Це не чесно!!!! Я прийму тут ризиковане рішення.
2) Вона не могла порадити мені, скільки часу триватиме процес, оскільки жодна робота не розпочалася.
3) І все-таки вона знову раптово порадила, що мені доведеться надіслати їй електронний лист, який вона перешле директорам, якщо мені буде потрібна знижка.
4) рахунок, який я отримав, містив мінімум деталей. Продавець майна був більш відомим і пояснив собівартість.
Я впевнена, що в Джонстоні є працівники, які не такі грубі та непрофесійні, як Лінн Верт.
Не рекомендував би їх нікому в найближчому чи далекому майбутньому.
