Я б не рекомендував цю компанію. Наша дочка записалася на 2 тижні уроків до нашого HOA, інструктори щодня запізнювались і вирішили з'явитися. Багато батьків з нашої групи зателефонували або надіслали електронною поштою в офіс і намагалися отримати будь-яке спілкування. Коли нам пощастило поговорити з кимось, вони всі були готові перекласти провину на іншого, не беручи на себе ніякої відповідальності за свої вчинки. Ми витягли нашу дочку з наступного сеансу і більше ніколи їх не використовуватимемо.

Будь ласка, не працюйте в цій компанії. З власного досвіду я знаю, що компанія не платить додатково у святкові дні, не платить за надурочний час, забирає 30 хвилин оплати за обідню перерву, яку ви ніколи не отримуєте (НЕЗАКОННО, до речі), платить працівникам із запізненням, іноді ніколи не платить взагалі і т. д. Я не отримав останню зарплату, тому мені довелося подати форму заявки на заробітну плату, для обробки якої потрібно 6-9 місяців. В даний час я студент UT, це означає, що у мене немає часу чи грошей, щоб розпочати серйозні судові дії проти них. Не опиняйтесь на моєму становищі, працюйте там, де вас поважають.

Я ніколи не стикався з більш неорганізованою керованою та прибутковою компанією, ніж рятувальні водні види спорту. Якщо співробітники отримують зарплату, це рідко вчасно призводить до необережних рятувальників, які не віддані ні компанії, ні своїм обов'язкам. Якщо ви вирішили підписати контракт із цією компанією, обов’язково прочитайте ВСЕ дрібні шрифти. Інструктори плавання пропускають уроки, технічне обслуговування небезпечно, незаконні дії в штаті Техас, а персонал ненадійний. Окрім відсутності рішучого керівництва, поганого спілкування та сумнівної ділової етики, це чудова ідея для компанії.
