Мені вручають тренажер (3/8 "товстого T-з'єднання) і я почав робити кілька тренувань для зварювання міг, зварювальний дріт був дробовим .045 міг. Я отримав машину в потрібних налаштуваннях і попросив тест , який являв собою 1/4 "товстий трубопровід Sq.
Спочатку я впорався з тестом, і помітив, що основний метал був не надто тонким, але не товстим ... але мені все одно було зручно з моїми налаштуваннями, знаючи, що я не буду зварювати занадто гаряче, щоб прогоріти основний метал.
На півдорозі людина, яка проводила тест, підвищила мою температуру, і саме тоді я почав накладати зварні шви, які навіть я вважав поганими. (Зварювання міг не є моєю спеціальністю, але я знаю, як виглядає поганий шов).
Тож я продовжив тест, я не змінював налаштування, бо думав, що, можливо, це температура, при якій вони горять. Мене найбільше збентежило те, як на машині набирали більш гарячу настройку від того, хто проводив тест, хоча зварюваний основний метал був зовсім не такий товстий. Зварні шви прогорали майже наполовину через сталь, надаючи "тонучого" вигляду, майже вибиваючи метал ... плюс багато підрізу. Потім той, хто дав мені тест на зварювання, сказав, що я занадто сильно підрізав (ну так, цікаво, чому) і зупинив мене від тесту.
Дякую за можливість, але якщо я зазнаю невдалого випробування зварного шва, принаймні дозвольте мені провалитись через налаштування зварного шва, які я набрав на верстаті .... не від того, хто змінив мої налаштування на більш гарячу температуру для 1/4 "сталі , навіть незважаючи на те, що мені вже сподобалися мої початкові налаштування. Не впевнений, чи робив це особа, яка змінила мою температуру, навмисно, знаючи, що зварні шви будуть виглядати погано, чи вони хочуть побачити, як я обробляю гарячіші температури.
