Якщо є можливість залишити зірку -0- для оцінок, я б із задоволенням це зробив. Будучи власником будинку вперше, я був так схвильований, коли ми з дружиною розпочали процес разом з L&F та Джейн Майерс. Спочатку спілкування було поганим і рідкісним. Ми помітили це до напружених графіків і були терплячими, бо знали, що в кінці всього цього наша винагорода стане новим домом. Мій ріелтор кілька разів намагався зв’язатись із пані Майєрс, і їй було дуже важко її взяти. Одного разу ми підписали контракт, пройшовши довгий процес перегляду документів і переконавшись, що все залежить від коду для подання. Ми припинили наші пошуки нашого дому, відчуваючи, що знайшли його! Наскільки я розумію, пані Майерс мала 60 днів, щоб подати документи в банк, і НІКОЛИ цього не робила! Протягом цих 60 днів ми намагалися (наша ріелторська компанія та ми з чоловіком) отримати інформацію про стан, і вона НІКОЛИ не відповідала на наші дзвінки. Ми сподівались, що це тому, що ми були на етапі закриття справи, але зараз бачимо, що це тактика затримки. Можливо, вона хотіла зачекати, щоб дати орендарям більше часу в будинку, але наші папери ПІДПИСАЛИСЯ і чекали подання. У наших очах це був НАШ ДОМ. Сьогодні ми підписали нікчемний додаток, оскільки ми більше не можемо стримувати свою мрію бути власниками будинків. Ми зв’язалися за допомогою електронної пошти та телефонного дзвінка і вважаємо, що наша ріелторка навіть пробувала тексти, але на її стороні майже повна тиша. Це абсолютно жахливо! Ми були дуже терплячими і не бажали нічого іншого, як бути господарями будинків, і зараз перебуваємо в життєвій ситуації, яка не найкраща для мене та моїх двох дітей. Як ти можеш бовтати чиїсь надії на створення кращого життя для себе та своєї сім'ї перед своїм обличчям і не ставитися до цього з ЯКОЮ повагою ?! Все, про що ми коли-небудь просили, - це до нас справедливе ставлення, і це НІКОЛИ не відчувалося. Вона є жахливим представником команди Лонга та Фостера, і я сподівався б, що причина, з якої ми не почули відповіді, полягає в тому, що вона там більше не працює. НЕПРАВИЛЬНО! Вона все ще там. УНИКНУЙТЕ Джейн Майерс будь-якою ціною !!!!!

Забавно, як Ян Майєрс дала собі 5-зірковий відгук. Виберіть будь-якого агента, АЛЕ Джейн. Щось не вдається з нею. Розмовляти з нею - все одно, що поговорити з інопланетянином з Плутона. Вона так віддалена і при кожній розмові йде вліво. Я думаю, що вона мала б зустрічати Walmart, бо бути агентом - це не для неї. Вона така трата часу!
