Extremely Disappointed with Luvmemore - Unfulfilled Order and Poor Customer Service
I placed an order with Luvmemore on December 12th, and as of today, December 29th, the order has not been shipped. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer service for an update, I have not received any response.
This experience has been highly disappointing, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I had high hopes for my purchase and was even considering future orders, but the current situation has left me with a negative impression.
I understand that delays can happen, but the absence of any communication or acknowledgment from Luvmemore's customer service team is frustrating. As a customer, I expect transparency and responsiveness, especially when facing issues with an order.
Unfortunately, based on my current experience, I cannot recommend Luvmemore to others. I hope they can improve their customer service and fulfillment processes for the benefit of their customers in the future.
