Я застерігаю всіх, хто бажає взяти участь у групах підтримки OCD / Тривожності WayAhead, що, хоча на борту можуть бути дуже висококваліфіковані добровольці, можуть бути і дуже низькокваліфіковані, що сприяють групам. У групі, яку я відвідував, одна дама дуже засмутилася, розплакалася, і ведучий не знав, що робити. На щастя, деякі інші члени групи, включаючи мене, мали навички / тренінги для наставників з питань психічного здоров'я, і я мав свіжу, невідкриту маленьку пачку тканин для подорожей, щоб дати їй.
Я настійно рекомендую перед тим, як взаємодіяти з групами підтримки, керованими WayAhead, отримати доступ до послуг психолога, який можна отримати через направлення лікаря загальної практики, який дає право на 10 сеансів (для доступу до цього вам не потрібно приватне покриття) .
