Нещодавно моя 78-річна мати одужувала в Мерсі після операції на коліні. Я відвідував її кілька разів і виявив, що вона щаслива і доглянута. Вона насолоджувалась їжею, часто отримуючи більше, ніж очікувала, отримала великий відгук від допомоги, і реабілітована група чудово обробляла її. Вона особисто була задоволена тим, як вони підштовхнули її до більш здорового одужання.
Я був задоволений співробітниками та директором та її командою, котра старалася зробити так, щоб їй було радісно та комфортно. Вони справді мають слухняні вуха та турботливі серця в Mercy!

Моя мати померла більше року тому. Останні чотири місяці вона провела в “Мерсі”. Я живу в іншому штаті, і я був у Каліфорнії у гостях. Звичайно, поїздка туди завжди змушує мене думати про маму, і я думав про Мерсі та чудовий догляд, який вона отримувала, і думав, що я залишу відгук. Для мене, хто є іноземцем, для мене було так важливо переконатися, що моя мама добре опікується. Я часто відвідував її протягом останніх чотирьох місяців, оскільки ми знали, що їй недовго. До моєї мами ставилися з найвищою повагою та співчуттям з боку всіх, будь то з боку Тамри, директора та її безпосереднього персоналу; медсестер; або бригада технічного обслуговування. Вони всі були просто дивовижні з нею (і нами, як її родиною). Вони завжди приймали мене і відповідали на всі мої запитання. Вони були сповнені доброти та співчуття. Я відчуваю себе дуже щасливим, що вона була в такому чудовому середовищі до самого кінця. Я рекомендую це місце будь-кому.

Центр догляду за милосердям буде чудовим для пенсіонерів, НЕ ДОБРО для догляду за допоміжними та кваліфікованими сестрами. У них чудовий шеф-кухар, вишукана їдальня ресторанного типу ... але в кімнаті догляд жахливий. Мій брат був там 6 місяців ... у Кваліфікованому та допоміжному житті .. остаточно у ліжку цілодобово та без вихідних 2 останні місяці. Його НЕ утримували в чистоті, чекав ГОДИН після натискання кнопки, щоб викликати допомогу .... тижні, щоб їх купали .... більше 6 тижнів, щоб зробити волосся шампунем ... Очевидно, що Притворність Милосердя є католицьким об’єктом, як колись це було, але мій брат не міг навіть принести до нього Причастя після недільної меси в аудиторії Мерсі. Я жив далеко, тому міг лише зателефонувати і ПОскаржитися та попросити кращого догляду ... але такого не дали. Моя порада: Тримайтеся подалі, якщо ви не мобільні, або виселіть свого родича звідти, якщо йому / їй потрібна додаткова допомога. Адміністратор
її повинен замінити той, хто краще розуміється на її роботі. У відділі виставлення рахунків немає проблем зі своєю роботою .... наші витрати на місяць зростають до понад 8300 доларів (за перелічені послуги, які не були доставлені.) Я протестував і зменшив цей величезний рахунок після відмови платити його.

Слава богу, ласкава медсестра Хоспісу нарешті прибула за 3 тижні до смерті. Купала його 3 рази на тиждень у ліжку, мила волосся та підтримувала в чистоті та комфорті. Благослови її.
