Здійснив кілька спроб зв’язатися з цим агентством з питань ремонту будинків старшого віку, і зворотних дзвінків з MORPC не було.

Абсолютно жахливий досвід. Кіп Маттсон і Трейсі Гебель підписали контракт 2 лютого 2018 року з будівельниками Diamond та я на виправлення моєго жолоба. Вони сказали, що метою програми було зробити ближньосхідну сторону гарною. Сума контракту склала 13 тис. 30 березня мене зателефонував Кіп, заявивши, що вони скасовують контракт з Diamond і знайшли нового підрядника на 6,5 тис. Також прошу вибачення за обман. Мене попросили підписати контракт о 9 ранку 17 квітня, я з цим в порядку. Передзвонили, ніж сказали 11:00. Гаразд, поки мені не довелося їхати на роботу і не довелося скасувати. Тоді мені сказали, що у підрядника стояли 9 ранку кожного понеділка. Я мав можливість підписати контракт з Трейсі та Кіпом о 9 ранку 30 квітня. Дійсно! Без зустрічі з підрядником? Як дуже дуже образливо. Кіп залишив скасований контракт у моїй поштовій скриньці, навіть не в конверті з маркою. Я справді вважаю, що це федерально незаконно. Ці люди можуть виділяти кошти. А на завершення мої три сусідні афроамериканські будинки завершені. Ага, гадаю, бідні білі люди не мають значення.
