Я був давнім, лояльним клієнтом. Нещодавно чек, який написала моя дружина, був опублікований двічі, спочатку як внутрішня записка, потім знову, коли фактичний чек був опублікований. Спочатку я не розпізнав внутрішній дебетовий рахунок на своєму банківському рахунку в Інтернеті, тому зателефонував до Служби підтримки. Мені сказали, що вони не можуть пояснити це звинувачення, але не хвилюйтеся, бо воно, мабуть, впаде. У цьому вони мали рацію. Внутрішня пам’ятка зникла, але не дебет на мій рахунок. Тож я передзвонив, відбився, а потім звернувся до керівника. Я надав їй електронну таблицю та свою чекову книжку, щоб довести свою правоту. Тепер вона не буде відповідати на мої дзвінки. Погане обслуговування клієнтів. Дуже розчарований.
