Моя тітка тут кілька років і, здебільшого, любить це і персонал. Вона розумово гостра, і співробітники люблять відвідувати та спілкуватися з нею. Ви завжди можете знайти щось не так, але ми відчуваємо, що вона в безпеці та кохана. У досекретні дні її сестра часто відвідує.

Шлях недоукомплектований. Працівники лінуються, і Я ЗНАЮ, що деякі з них вживають наркотики.

Мою свекруху прийняли о 15:00, і того ж дня ми о 6:30 забрали її додому. Вона зателефонувала і сказала, що там жахливо. Ми поїхали перевірити, чи це правда, і приїжджаємо, щоб знайти ці спостереження.
Було нестерпно жарко, принаймні 85 градусів. Брудні стіни, підлога та меблі. Я був свідком того, як літній чоловік у піжамі проходив через тарілки, які знаходились у коридорі для інших пацієнтів. Я почув, як робітниця підійшла до медсестри і сказала: "Я не знаю, що з нею, але пані так сильно трясеться. Він сказав, дай мені хвилину, і я ніколи не бачив, як він перевіряв її.
Ні в якому разі я б не містив там свою сім'ю !!!

У закладі недостатньо персоналу. Робітники закінчені. З того, що співробітники сказали мені, що їм недостатньо платять і що адміністрація крива. Мій дідусь був там і робітники, де крали його речі, такі як зарядні пристрої для телефонів та гроші. У нас із ними було кілька проблем. Ми переїхали до Хардіна додому, і мій дідусь отримав чудовий догляд. Ми з родиною не були задоволені.

Мій тато був тут першим у хоспісі і мав чудовий догляд. Зараз мій дядько, який для мене схожий на брата, є там для реабілітації та догляду за ранами, і він також отримує великий догляд. Насправді, я настільки вражений, що сам думаю подати заявку на роботу там. Я вірю в те, щоб надавати велику турботу, і мені подобається працювати з іншими людьми, які відчувають те саме. Усі місця можуть мати свої проблеми, якщо їм потрібно більше персоналу. Я був приємно здивований працівниками тут. Вони справді пішли на відстань, щоб забезпечити велику турботу. Це любов у дії. Я ціную їх. Ніхто не любить перебувати в будинку престарілих, але найменше, що ми можемо зробити, - це надавати їм найкращий догляд.
