Джессіка Дженні (Фізіотерапевт) та РН були дуже корисними, допомагаючи нам орієнтуватися у всьому. Джессіка, одним словом, дивовижна. Ми раді, що нарешті все вдалося розробити. Оптимальні послуги в галузі охорони здоров’я викликали розчарування.
У моєї свекрухи 7 квітня 2013 р. Діагностували рак мозку 5 стадії. Трохи більше, ніж тиждень, 14 квітня, вона прийшла додому, і розпочався хоспіс через Optimal Health Services. Через 3 дні, 17 квітня, ми повідомили медсестру, що замінимо послуги на домашнє здоров'я замість хоспісу, оскільки моя свекруха хотіла звернутися за лікуванням. РН Optimal Health сказав нам, що перехід не буде проблемою, але не повідомив, скільки часу знадобиться для виписки з хоспісу та зарахування до домашнього здоров'я.
Вчора, 20 травня, потрібно було 5 телефонних дзвінків до компанії «Оптимальне здоров’я», щоб лише отримати потрібну інформацію, щоб отримати важливий рецепт. Вони брали гроші, але нічого не робили. Учора ми мали провести два курси фізіотерапії, і ніхто не приходив і не дзвонив.
Також вчора керівник рахунків сказав нам, що статус моєї свекрухи нарешті буде оновлено з хоспісу на домашнє здоров'я. Її опромінення та хіміотерапію вже тричі відсували через очікування оновлення.
Пізніше того ж дня вона передзвонила і вибачилася за дезінформацію та повідомила нам, що оплата хоспісу триває 14 днів, щоб пройти через Medicare, тобто це не буде завершено до 30 травня. Це відсуне лікування на 4-й раз із лікарями.
Чому рахунок не був здійснений, коли ми просили виписати з хоспісу більше місяця тому?
Чому в Optimal ніхто не зрозумів, як працює система Medicare, включаючи керівника виставлення рахунків?
Єдине яскраве світло - Івонна, яка приходить і купає мою свекруху, і з якою чудово працювати.
Якщо ви зацікавлені в тому, щоб хтось скоро помер, щоб зібрати страхові гроші, використовуйте Optimal. Якщо дана особа є коханою людиною, не робіть цього.
