Цей заклад був величезним розчаруванням, і рейтинг 1 зірка дає кредит там, де кредит не потрібен. Я рік був батьком маленької дівчинки, а вона втратила батька два роки тому. Коли ми шукали допомоги для нашої дочки, ми вважали, що цей заклад буде вигідним, оскільки саме на цьому вони нібито спеціалізуються. Перша зустріч з Черлі та Сарою Каресою пройшла добре, і було гарне почуття продовжувати надавати їхні послуги. Перша зустріч, яку відвідала моя дочка, була не надто професійною, оскільки, побачивши, що я не є законним опікуном, Сара заявила, що не може її бачити, оскільки їй потрібна концентрація від законного опікуна. Потім вона продовжує говорити мені, що збиралася надіслати цю форму, яка вимагала підпису законного опікуна за 3 дні до цього, але нехтувала цим. Отож, як тільки все це було виправлено, наша дочка відвідала кілька сеансів і не отримала реальних відгуків чи рекомендацій від Сари Карези. Тоді ми надіслали Сарі Каресі електронний лист із проханням про зворотний зв’язок з нашою донькою, тоді Сара Кареса надіслала електронний лист із проханням про зустріч матері, яка чітко заявила, що я не маю права відвідувати. Сім електронних листів, що кожного разу підтверджують, що мене не пускають. (Електронну пошту можна переглянути за запитом) На той момент ми обоє були обурені, але на засідання були присутні без мене, щоб з’ясувати, що відбувається. Сара Кареза була дуже насупленою і вболівала за слова, але загалом інформація була розмитою і не дуже обнадійливою. Відсутність керівництва та відчуження від зростання нашої дочки змусили матір повірити, що інтереси Сари не в тому, що найкраще для дитини. Сара Кареса повинна розуміти, що я вирішив бути в їхньому житті, і це не було примусово. У нас є двоє дітей, я взагалі не поділяю ДНК, але я ставлюсь до них, як до своїх. Я там готувати для них, грати з ними, заправляти їх вночі, а 3 години ранку кричить через поганий сон або через те, що вони хворі, і направлятимуть їх у скрутні часи. Я знаю, що ці ситуації є делікатними, але для відновлення потрібні всі, хто є частиною її життя. Сара Кареса не повинна мати права диктувати інакше після того, як її форму було підписано, що робить мене в курсі всієї інформації. Вони проповідують команду, але брак командних зусиль цього закладу змусив нас поінформувати людей та шукати авторитетне місце, щоб допомогти одужати нашим дочкам. Їй шість років.
