Коли моя мати вперше прийшла до піклування, менеджери та персонал були дивовижними, рівень догляду був фантастичним. Хоча моя мати мало не загинула від дому, коли їй дали неправильні ліки, і перестали давати рятувальні ліки. Тобі, Богдон і Джессіка були фантастичними, хоча.
Нещодавно мою маму виписали з будинку догляду, і нового керівника взяв на себе ,, з тих пір ми визнали спілкування жорстоким. Ми кілька разів телефонували, щоб переслати повідомлення менеджеру, але ніколи не можемо з нею поговорити, і вона ніколи не зв’язується з нами.

Я тут доглядав. Ніколи не приводьте сюди своїх улюблених членів сім'ї, вони не надають, не люблять догляду та захисту. Догляд жахливий, занедбаний і роботизований. Робітники дуже добре роблять вигляд, що доглядають. Я пропоную зберігати приховані камери в кімнаті для своїх сімей. Їх цікавить лише грошовий аспект. Якщо хороший доглядач або хороша медсестра з’явиться, щоб змінити це місце на краще, вони вас принижують, звинувачуйте вас і звільняйте. Якби я знову працював тут, я б приніс із собою панораму!
