As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to engage with Point7. 😐 While browsing through their website, I found it to be visually appealing and user-friendly. However, I was disappointed by the lack of detailed information about their products and services. The website lacked transparency, making it difficult to fully understand what they offer. 😔 Furthermore, I felt that the customer support could be more prompt and attentive. It took quite a while to receive a response to my inquiries, which was frustrating. 😕 On a positive note, the company does appear to have a good reputation within the industry, which gave me a sense of trust.
