Вчора я вирішив привести систему в дію і виявив, що мені потрібна якась трубопровідна арматура, яка була заплутана протягом багатьох років. О 15:40 я розмовляв зі Стівом з Поццані, який сказав мені, що саме мені потрібно зробити та деталі. Сьогодні о 10 ранку вони прибули на пошту і теж безкоштовно! За звичайних обставин такий рівень обслуговування споживачів буде вважатися винятковим, але за обмеженнями Covid-19 він абсолютно видатний. Я можу дати тут лише 5 зірок, я б хотів, щоб їх було нагороджено 10 і більше. Велике спасибі Поццані і особливо Стіву.

Я роками використовую цю компанію без жодних проблем. АЛЕ останні два фільтри, якими я користувався, не працюють. Випускний кінець відійшов від решти вугільного фільтра. Моя найбільша натяка, і причина лише однієї зірки, - це двічі, я вже надсилав їм повідомлення, але відповіді ще не отримав. Я люблю давати людям час, щоб все виправити, але я ненавиджу, коли мене ігнорують !! Просто подумав, що слід додати, що корпус фільтра розколовся і затопив мій будинок !! Ніколи більше не використовуватиме цей продукт. Одна зірка - це занадто багато !!!
