Я купив котел Bosch Gas 6000. Для того, щоб надати гарантію, перший пуск повинен виконати майстер з офіційної служби. Зателефонувавши на гарячу лінію, вони пообіцяли, що майстер забере протягом 2 робочих годин. Через 5 годин ніхто не набирав. Після другого звернення вони сказали, що рю "робочий час" буде в понеділок, і я зателефонував у суботу. Зараз з новим котлом без опалення та гарячої води, але чому години на гарячій лінії та служби не працюють, консультанти не змогли відповісти. На питання: а що, якщо аварійна ситуація і котел не спрацюють, а на вулиці мінус 20 градусів, майстер теж прийде лише в понеділок? Вони пообіцяли дати мені відповідь і в понеділок: ((((. Коротше кажучи, я не рекомендую цей офіс з відомим ім'ям. Спочатку знайдіть хороший сервісний центр, а потім придбайте обладнання. Це все одно не викрутка .

А потім потекло .... тупо наливаючи воду з супер німецької машинки. ГАРАЗД? Зателефонував у службу. Ми приїхали ... подивились ... вони сказали, що все нормально - ти можеш цим скористатися. Я вмикаю вдруге- ВОДА ЗНОВУ ВІДТУЧАЄ. Я знову телефоную в службу # Супермайстри компанії Bosch кажуть, що ви вкладаєте багато миючих засобів.
