Моя компанія залучила послуги Salmat для доставки бл. 40000 магнітів на холодильник наприкінці жовтня 2019 року.

6 тижнів і жодної роботи чи запиту, окрім розлюченого мешканця, який скаржиться на велику кількість нашого матеріалу, незаконно скинутого над його майном та пішохідною доріжкою за межами його резиденції. (див. додане зображення)

Зв’язався з керівництвом, але вони не змогли розслідувати інцидент або відповісти на мої дзвінки. Також було надіслано електронне повідомлення генеральному директору (Метью Каррачер). Як очікувалось, відповіді та повідомлення не надійшло.

Їх колл-центр призначений для філіппійців, що дозволяє керівництву фільтрувати дзвінки, які вони хочуть прийняти та відхилити.

Я впевнений, що Салмат відповість на цю скаргу загальною відповіддю, заявивши, що вона розгляне це питання, або, як мені здається, не зв’яжеться з вами для вирішення цієї проблеми!

Легко знайти - пішов на співбесіду з фінансової роботи. Зазвичай речі, сподіваюся, що це хороша компанія для роботи.

Не працюйте в цій компанії. Я працюю вже 4 тижні, і досі мені не платять. Вони постійно кажуть мені, що банківські реквізити є неправильними, але я надсилав їх більше 4 разів. Вони просто кажуть, що в наступну середу всі ваші гроші будуть на вашому рахунку, але це ніколи.
