Мій огляд не ґрунтується на якості догляду за дітьми. Це базується на відсутності відповіді, яку я отримав, коли запитував про догляд за дитиною для моєї дитини. Я дзвонив чотири рази і залишав чотири повідомлення протягом півтора тижнів, і жодної відповіді з приймальної комісії (я вважаю, її звати Тіффані?). Я навіть зателефонував безпосередньо до зони догляду за дітьми і запитав, можливо, вона у відпустці чи поза офісом, і, мабуть, вона там. Я пояснив, що не отримую жодних відповідей на свої запити, і леді зняла мою електронну пошту та сказала, що обов’язково зв’яже нас із електронною поштою. Відповіді знову немає. Дуже непрофесійно. Леанн заявив, що документи були надіслані поштою, і при підтвердженні моєї поштової адреси вони мали місто Брумфілд, а я живу в Брайтоні. Замість того, щоб вибачитися і відразу надіслати заяву, вона поводилася так, ніби це доставляло незручності і просто сказала: "Я вийму це якомога швидше". Будьте готові зробити свій запит кілька разів, перш ніж отримати відповідь !!
