Мені сумно залишати такий "короткий" огляд. Тренер був чудовим, дуже привабливим, інформативним та обізнаним. Однак я прийшов із нагальною потребою отримати BLS, щоб почати працювати у свого роботодавця. Мені повідомили, що отримання електронної пошти через AHA може зайняти до 20 днів, але зазвичай це надходить протягом 2–10 днів. Після того, як 7 днів минуло, я зателефонував, щоб зареєструватися, і мені сказали продовжувати чекати. Через 15 днів я зателефонував ще раз і отримав те саме. Тепер, через 20 днів, я зателефонував, щоб подивитися, що відбувається. Як виявляється, моя паперова робота навіть не була подана до AHA. Вони сказали, що прискорять це, і я повинен отримати його протягом доби, але це слід було розслідувати 2 тижні тому. Мене утримали з роботи (дохід для моєї родини), і я навіть можу втратити свою можливість через час, який потрібен мені для отримання моєї сертифікації BLS.

Інструктор не розглядав основи, як перевірити пульс, перевірити дихання, змінити ролі чи залучити другого рятувальника. Демонстрація навичок або перевірка навичок не була завершена. Якби я не знав СЛР, мій дитина та інший підліток у нашій групі ніколи б не навчилися цього, оскільки інструктор ніколи не оцінював, чи належним чином виконуються навички. Я злий і огидний тим, що заплатив 75 доларів за кожного з нас.
