Ми маємо такий досвід роботи з tormax:
розсувні двері, розміщені в новому будинку в 2018 році в процесі будівництва.
Не торгувався з ціною (дорого, але добре)
після закінчення нового будівництва в 2019 році тормакс був відрегульований і розпочатий
у 2020 р. контакт дверей вийде з ладу (вартість 15-50 євро)
Далі настає дуже швидке та експертне втручання.
Ми намагаємося звинуватити нас (неправильне використання?!?) У кодовій клавіатурі, яка використовується раз на день?
Виставляється рахунок у розмірі 540 євро за втручання, яке вже зайняло 20 хвилин. Цей рахунок був оскаржений нами, але був сплачений вчасно.
За даними tormax, гарантія починається після ВСТАНОВЛЕННЯ, що на практиці становить НІЯКУ гарантію, оскільки вона не використовувалася через 1 рік.
Після деякого наполягання слідує лист із загрозою від адвоката.

Ця компанія не розуміє, що таке задоволені клієнти. Навчання розгляду скарг тут справді не зашкодить. Шукаєте автоматичні розсувні двері? Подумайте, перш ніж почати: Повідомлена особа коштує два (і все за контактну ціну 28 євро)
