Відповідь власнику Улоби: Як керівник роботи (без заробітної плати) в Улобі, мої співробітники не можуть отримати вислугу років, яку вони отримали від муніципалітету та профспілки та намагалися знайти рішення, але вони сказали, що Улоба може відвести погляд від усіх стаж роботи, хоча вони працювали зі мною 5 років. Причиною того, що Улоба назвав, було те, що мої медсестри працювали медичним працівником, а не особистим помічником, який допомагав користувачеві. І тому профспілки не отримали жодного способу з правильною зарплатою за належний стаж. Тож ви дійсно хочете найняти лише некваліфікованих робітників, щоб заробляти більше у вашій адміністрації! Зараз я щасливо отримав нового постачальника послуг, і вони платять усім моїм працівникам належну зарплату за вислугу років :-) Тому я рекомендую ретельно проконсультуватися з усіма компаніями, які постачають рішення BPA, перш ніж вибрати, хто покращить ваше життя.
