Якщо вони є інструкторами, ви майже завжди знаєте це заздалегідь завдяки електронному листу від директора групи з фітнесу. Тут панує дружня атмосфера, і вас знатимуть під іменем. Зізнаюся, я мало користуюся тренажерами, і я не можу дозволити собі особисті тренування (які, як мені здається, завищені майже в кожному тренажерному залі), але я бачив інших членів, які здаються задоволеними обома . Критика у мене незначна. Це невелике місце - лише 2 туалетних кабінки в жіночій роздягальні. Але я не відчував стресу через переповненість, за винятком рідко в суботу, коли груповий клас заповнюється (кімната не надто велика). Ціна гідна, а персонал - поважний. Я дуже вдячний, що цей тренажерний зал є у моєму районі Фолс-Черч.
