Моя мати там була пацієнтом, і персонал поводився з нею жахливо. Медсестри та CNA. Єдиними людьми, які були добрими до нас, були співробітники служби безпеки. Головною медсестрою відділення C звали Джун, вона була абсолютно грубою та непрофесійною. Вона дозволяла своїм пацієнтам сидіти в бруді, а також розмовляла з ними, як з тваринами. Крім того, коли мою маму госпіталізували, вони вирішили її виписати, і навіть не було професійної речей, щоб зателефонувати і сказати родині. Я дізнався від матері, що її виписують. Після прибуття, щоб забрати її речі, вони кинули все в мішки, і коли я запитав, чи можу я дати кілька днів, щоб забрати всі речі, вони сказали, що ні, це потрібно було забрати того ж дня. Мені сказали в охороні, що у них є місце для зберігання, але головна медсестра Джун сказала, що цього дня його не потрібно. Не намагайтесь піклуватися про ваших улюблених, оскільки їм все одно і вони просто збирають зарплату.

Найгірший догляд коли-небудь. Відмовившись від медикаментів, я не прочитав таблицю, щоб зрозуміти, чому там був член моєї родини. Небідний і жорстокий персонал. Відмовити у відповіді на дзвінки. Вкрали майно.
