Чудове місце для проживання. Моя мама живе тут більше 3 років і любить це. Особисте - це чудово, дуже турботливо. Послуги чисті та доглянуті. Дуже безпечний, пропонує цілодобовий персонал для нагляду та охорони.

Грубі медсестри. Кожного разу, коли я називаю рецепцію, той, хто відповідає, теж дуже грубий.

Персонал не дбайливий. Вони не знають, що роблять. Вони не знають, як робити перев’язки пацієнтам. Потрібно близько години, щоб вони прийшли до пацієнта, коли пролунає дзвоник. Ніхто не хоче працювати. Персонал НЕ має знань щодо догляду за пацієнтами. Ми забрали мого тата раніше, ніж очікувалося, через поганий догляд. Останньою краплею стало те, що 2 співробітники мали накласти на мого батька пов'язки та поміняти пов'язки, і вони сказали цитати., .. ми розірвемо та повторимо ті самі пов'язки (він не знатиме). WTH
Є ще багато чого сказати, тож наша сім’я зв’яжеться з керівником закладу. Дуже дуже прикро.

Будинок Woodland Greenhouse гарний та чистий. РН і лікарі, які працюють у штаті, є винятковими. Харчування хороше, і більшість персоналу - дуже турботливі люди. Заходи для мешканців не стимулюють і майже не проводяться. Щомісяця видається календар заходів. Однак заходи проводяться рідко. Деякі заходи вимагають переселення мешканців назовні в іншу будівлю в зимову погоду. Однією з основних календарних дій є родич резидента, а не діяльність, яку постачає VMRC. Жителі справді отримують задоволення від цього візиту. Наша сім'я мала багато зустрічей з адміністрацією щодо збільшення стимулюючих заходів. Діяльність (набагато більше, ніж я пропоную тут), включаючи такі, як Саймон Сайс, читання дуже коротких історій, стимулювання розмов, згадування подій у минулому, які спричинили розмову мешканців, а також відтворення тихої музики на компакт-дисках та за допомогою телевізійної станції, яка відтворює відео мирних сцен із дуже розслаблюючою музикою йоги. Музика може бути такою ж корисною, як ліки для людей похилого віку.
Обговорюючи питання догляду за матір’ю та роблячи сімейні пропозиції щодо діяльності, нам сказав соціальний працівник VMRC, що якщо ми будемо незадоволені, ми завжди можемо знайти інший заклад для своєї матері. Ми дуже стурбовані її реакцією.
Директор з питань діяльності не перевіряє, чи проводиться якась діяльність. Вона також потребує допомоги у проведенні заходів, які є доречними, а не в залежності від членів родини, щоб забезпечити стимулюючі заходи для цього Лісового будинку. Відвідуючи будинок, CNA постійно працюють з турботою про мешканців. Якщо вони несуть відповідальність за будь-яку діяльність, VMRC повинен надати додатковий персонал для переїзду від будинку до будинку, забезпечуючи такі заходи. Наша сім'я читала історії, прикрашала печиво, фарбувала яйця, забезпечувала відвідування терапевтичних собак, а також ініціювала стимулюючі розмови про минулі спогади.
