-впродовж місяця вони неодноразово дзвонили на неправильний номер телефону, потім грубо ставилися до мене та мого радника, коли зрозуміли
- їм все одно знадобилося приблизно 2 тижні після цього, щоб вони підготувались до мене, навіть коли я неодноразово дзвонив.
- вони попросили мого чоловіка зробити медичну реквізицію навіть після того, як його схвалили.
- вони стверджували, що надіслали форми заявки на мою документацію, але їх не було в моїх документах, і їх потрібно було запитувати кілька разів, перш ніж ми отримали копію.
- вони переслідували мою лікарську канцелярію за формами, навіть після того, як лікарська канцелярія надіслала їх. Мені здається, що вони їх загубили. Під переслідуванням я маю на увазі телефонувати 3+ разів на день, навіть після того, як портьє неодноразово говорив їм, що вони їх відправлять. Вони навіть зателефонували, поки ми були там, для окремого прийому. Однак вони не реєстрували всіх цих дзвінків у своїх записах. Вони сказали, що частина причин, чому я не отримав схвалення, полягає в тому, що мій лікар не міг розширити ситуацію, яка сталася десять років тому.
