Я проживаю в квартирах Колонади, які ви придбали. Я дуже задоволений зовнішнім оновленням, фарбуванням тощо. Однак це нічого не робить для поганого фундаменту квартир. Треба сказати, що з часу відходу старої команди управління технічне обслуговування занепало. Хоча, я люблю екіпаж із двох осіб, я помітив, що на виконання запитів йде значно більше часу, що, як я вважаю, неприйнятним є те, що я плачу чималу суму за проживання в цій закритій громаді (ворота не функціонували приблизно в 3 або 4 тижні). О 17:00 відбулося засідання, на яке я не міг бути присутнім, оскільки працюю в ці години, щодо утримання. Ну, непогано було б, якби всі квартири мали однакову модель жалюзі. А як щодо того, щоб запропонувати орендарям, які були з вами назавжди (ME, ME, ME) оновлення своїх квартир. Так, я впевнений, що буде застосовано значне підвищення, але оскільки ви сильно піднімаєте договір оренди з кожною новою орендою, це не буде проблемою для деяких з нас. Випускна сесія закінчена, але я дуже сумніваюся, що продовжу цей комплекс. Удачі в утриманні хороших орендарів.
