Патетичний процес інтерв’ю.

У мене брали інтерв’ю щодо позиції X, також ми спочатку проводили обговорення в КТК, оскільки це СТАРТ. Після цього мені було доручено виконати завдання, тоді керівний тур пройшов добре. Загальний процес зайняв тиждень. Після очищення всіх раундів та перевірки документа тиждень жодної відповіді від HR. Після подальших дій HR відповідає: "Наш бюджет мінімальний, ми не можемо запропонувати очікуваний CTC", який вони погодились запропонувати перед початком процесу співбесіди. Будь ласка, не забудьте отримати дозвіл на CTC, перш ніж розпочати процес співбесіди з цими хлопцями.

Дуже потворне і зарозуміле ставлення вашого особистого продавця. На питання про бізнес-модель дуже грубий спосіб вона пояснила. Навіть не вдалося переконати, чому ставки експоненціально високі. Дуже розчарований загальним ставленням торгового представника.

Потрібно вдосконалити це, інакше ви втратите більше потенційних клієнтів у найближчі дні .... Вона пропустила дзвінок на один день відповідно до запланованого часу зустрічі. Зверху вона хоче, щоб ми зачекали 2 дні, щоб зв’язалась інша команда. На жаль, є й інші компанії, які мають дуже сильну та хорошу службу збуту, щоб обробляти потенційні клієнти.

Процес співбесіди поганий, і вони не повертаються після співбесіди.

Дійсно марно витрачати час на участь у співбесіді .. Тільки заради імені вони беруть співбесіду .. Там немає роботи hr та інші люди там тому вони беруть співбесіду .. !!
